Here's a little piece from the last comics workshop I did at the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archeology, UCL, Nov 2010.While the students were working on their 1-page Egyptian-inspired stories, I was doing mine. I finally finished inking it and added some tones to enhance the look of the story. I like this black and white look, I'm sure I'm not the first to do it but it is a style I have been using for a while. I will probably do more now.
I'm using a special type of Japanese ink to create the tones, then turned it slightly sepia on the computer to help it looked aged.
